It gives you the op on to choose between dry and moist cooking modes, the possibility to programme the desired temperature and cooking me, and full control over the en re cooking process.Once programmed, the smart system maintains the temperature and me automa cally, and turns off when necessary. Above all, the Radio Digital Thermocontrol acts as your “foodguard”, as it is completely interac ve with other Zepter radio devices. Zepter E/2 plug-in sensor is a part of the Zepter Radio Digital thermocontrol cooking system. It is developed especially for cookware with accuthermal bo om. Bo oms mul -layered design and light metal components enable the cookware to accumulate and develop energy evenly and quickly. Heat from the burner rapidly passes through the bo om to the walls without losing its intensity, and then spreads evenly throughout the en re utensil. The bo om also keeps very high temperatures without warping and with added value of automa c energy control provided by E/2 msx technology it is possible to save energy up to 80%!
